Terms
and Conditions

No
Refunds on car reservations cancelled as part of a Fly/Drive
Package (no accommodations). The whole package must be cancelled and is subject to the
cancellation policy of the FLY/DRIVE PACKAGE.
Airline Ticket Cancellation Fee : $200
per Ticket unless noted non-refundable.
Airline Change Fee : $150 per
ticket + any difference in fare at the time of change. All Changes
subject to availability. No name or destination changes
allowed. |

entire room & air package must be cancelled and is subject to the cancellation
policy of the ROOM & AIR PACKAGE.

$50.00 NON REFUNDABLE
deposit per booking is due at booking to secure reservations. All cancellations
are subject to a $50.00 charge per booking, plus any charges by the
resort. Check with your agent for hotel cancel fees. |

GENERAL

Hotels:
Blue Hawaii Vacations has no
control over how specific rooms are assigned, although we will
communicate your requests to the hotel reservation department. Blue
Hawaii Vacations cannot guarantee any request for type of bedding,
smoking preference, floor, etc. Customer agrees to seek redress or
remedies directly with resort and not hold Blue Hawaii Vacations
liable. Customer are required to pay resort directly surcharges
(such as resort fees, parking fees) upon departure from the Resort.
In the event of a over booking of reservations by a resort,
Blue Hawaii will work with the resort to secure the same or superior
accommodations. Customer agrees to seek redress or remedies directly
with the resort and not hold Blue Hawaii Vacations liable. |

Airlines: Each passenger is subject to
the ticketing terms and/or rules established by the airline, which
when a ticket is issued, shall be the sole contract between the
airline and the passenger. Many airlines now have baggage fees,
these are not included in the price of the ticket, ask your agent
for specific baggage terms or check with the airline directly. Flight delays and rescheduling are an
inherent risk of air travel and are outside the control and
responsibility of Blue Hawaii Vacations. The airline offers
pre-assigned seats (when available) to their passengers. Seat
assignment can be changed for any reason at anytime without notice
by the airline. Passenger agrees not to hold Blue Hawaii Vacations
liable for these or any other changes implemented by the airline. |

are aware of the Hotel & Resort Penalties. We always
recommend purchasing travel insurance. |
