Hotel Room: One large room with bath and private lanai. Includes small refrigerator and coffee maker. Accommodates 1-3 persons. Solid king or two twin beds and sofa bed for 3rd person. Includes refrigerator and coffeemaker.

Studio: One large room with fully equipped kitchenette, bath and private lanai for 1-3 people. Choice of king size bed or two twin beds with rollaway or crib for 3rd person.

Family Studio (Keaka only): One large room with fully equipped kitchenette, large private lanai, and an over-sized bathroom, (double sink, separate shower, and water closet). Comes with king size bed or two twin beds with queen sofa bed. Accommodates family of up to four people with children 12 years and younger. Not suitable for two adult couples or families with children older than 12 years.

1-Bedroom Suite: Two separate sleeping areas, (bedroom plus living area) with either 1 or 2 baths, (depends on the unit), fully equipped kitchenette and private lanai. Sleeping areas come with a choice of king size bed and two twin beds, king size bed and twin day beds, or king size bed and queen sofa bed, which accommodates 2- 5 people comfortably, (rollaway or crib for 5th person).

Keaka 2 and 3 Room Suites: Two or three side-by-side hotel rooms or studios with interior connecting doors and exterior connecting lanais. Limit 3 people per hotel room or studio, with choice of king size or two twin beds and in-room sofa bed. (Booked as one accommodation.)

2-Bedroom Suite: Two bedrooms with plenty of sleeping accommodations, (king, two twins, queen sofa bed), a separate living room, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchenette and private lanai. Accommodates 4-7 persons.
