- Renovation: Phase II renovation has begun and currently the Mill building has been shut down. Phase II of the renovation includes replacing the roof and the entire A.C. system of each building. While the work is being done on the Ocean Front Towers, the entire building will be closed down. The Garden View Tower will be available for rental, however there will be no air conditioning in this building while the work on the ocean front tower is being done. All renovation work is scheduled to be completed by 12/31/09.
