- Renovation: The Lahaina Kai Tower Rooms had a $30 million dollar refurbishment in 2007. Lahaina Kai Tower amenities include plush Presidential Diamond Suite Beds with Feather-tops, 330-thread count Egyptian Cotton lines in guestrooms and 550-thread count in suites, 32' High-Definition Flat-Screen television and sound system with iPod and MP3 player ports. In Spring of 2008 they completed upgrading the interior cottage accommodations, which included new carpeting, new paint, new bedding and the same high quality linens and bathroom amenities that are provided in the luxurious Lahaina Kai Tower rooms. They also installed new outdoor carpeting on the lanais of each unit and upgraded the individual air-conditioners in the cottage rooms. Roofing repairs were made where needed, which allowed for the removal of the temorary rain-tarps.
