- Renovation: The Kaanapali Alii Association of Apartment Owners has recently announced some great new improvements to the property that is scheduled for the latter part of this year. The new plan includes adding a second swimming pool, another whirlpool spa, and an expanded quartzite pool deck. A new 3,000 square foot fitness center will be added near the tennis courts and will feature state-of-the-art exercise equipment, treatment rooms, locker rooms and a yoga area. We are very excited about these new additions to the property.
- The renovation work is presently scheduled for August 15 - December 15, 2009. Kaanapali Alii will be open for business during this period. To provide our guests with alternative amenities we've made arrangements for Kaanapali Alii guests to utilize the swimming pool facilities at the Westin Maui, Marriott, and Sheraton hotels within Kaanapali Resort. Also, beach chairs and cabanas will be provided on the beach in front of the Alii.
